- Min 1 year of working experience in PA/Admin role.
- Japanese Fluency is added advantage.
- Posses Degree/ Diploma.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork player and must have high level of passionate.
- Able to work for additional hours when required.
- Must possess good problem solving skills.
- Possess good communication skills and keen in learning with minimum supervision.
- Able to complete multitasking within short time frame.
- Must have continuous following up job and improvement attitude.
- Must be healthy in physically and mentally.
Summary: Main role covers personal assistant/admin tasking to Managing Director and Japanese expatriates.
- Acting as personal assistant to MD, Japanese expatriates and their families including tasking in Working Visa, condominium, School, Reservation of dinner/lunch, Golf, Bank account, Hospital, travel, and telephone.
- Schedule management of top management and Head of Management.
- Handle tasking in Visitor arrangement (hotel, transportation, supporter room, telephone, serve coffee/tea).
- Manage drivers for Japanese expatriates and company car.
- Manage Income tax for Japanese expatriates.
- Handle Canteen management.
- Manage Scrap Management and administration.
- Ensure legal compliance related Administration.
- Perform any other administrative job or assignment given and instructed by management.
